19-05-2008 Vesak Day

Today went to someone house for lunch whom i highly regard him as my mentor, in all the dining table there were 7 ppl and 2 more came late due to personal commitment, not sure of the rest but to me i had a sumptutous meal, we had 糖醋排骨 (Sweet Vinger Rib), Fried Chicken Wing, Sotong with Onion, Vegetable (Not sure of the name but tasty), Boneless Chicken Thigh mixed in some sweet sauce, Porridge with dried oyster and fish slice (awesome taste dude i had whole load of it) and fried mee using Maggie Mee (Did not taste it but the presentation look good). After that had a few rounds of Mahjong, though money was not involve but we had fun. As the night draws near a few had went home, the rest of us decided to have a few rounds of drinking while watching star movie channel broadcast by SCV and in the meantime had a get together talk about our present life and what the future may hold till about 10:30pm den we left from his home...Hope we did not mess up his house too much and looking forward for the next meal prepare by him in the near future...signing out now....
